Meeting was held at Cobbler’s in Liberty with the following present; Monica, Phil, Herman, Paul, Tony, Irving, John, Glenn, Rich,
Jim and Joy.
Minutes were read from the previous meeting and motion to accept by Glenn and sec. by Tony. Treasurer’s report is available upon request. Herman made a motion to accept the
treasurer’s report, sec. by Glenn. Glenn was presented with his membership packet and we are glad to have him with our Chapter. Welcome Glenn and Anne. Joy contacted the Diabetic Center and they
will be present at the Bike Blessing with pamphlets and information to hand out. The menu and details were gone over for the Bike Blessing. Everything seems to be pretty much set. All we need is a
nice day and members to help out. Joy will do the shopping after getting the inventory for the supplies. The shirts have been ordered and will arrive before the event. We will be having a meeting
after the Bike Blessing and will have the May meeting on May 2nd, at Herman’s house. The finalizing of the President’s meeting will be then. The President’s meeting will be held on May
7th. Joy reported that 6 rooms have been booked so far at the Day’s Inn. Bike Blessing at Avoca will be April 9th. Jim will be meeting at the Narrowsburg Bridge at 8:30am. Rolling Thunder
NY 3 and BK NY III will be having their Bike Blessing jointly on May 1st. Registration from 8:30-11 at the Castle Point VA Hospital Campus. $15.00 per person. Leaving time will be announced at our
Bike Blessing. Monica reminded us that we need to recruit new members. Just a reminder that we need your help with the upcoming events. We will be meeting at the QWL on April 24 at 7am to set
up. If you weren’t at the meeting and haven’t gotten your new ID card, it is enclosed in this letter.
